March 2013 heralds the arrival of chapter four in the ongoing successful collaboration between KENZO x Vans.
In January 2012, Humberto Leon and Carol Lim, Creative Directors of KENZO, visited Thailand with the purpose of trekking in the magnificent and awe-inducing asian Jungle. Animals abound in this contained ecosystem that is unique to the world. Rare elephants, mischievous monkeys and a myriad of reptiles call it home, and most importantly it is here that the Tiger is the King of the Jungle.
It was also here that Carol and Humberto came across what would propitiously end up being the main inspiration for the prints of their Spring-Summer 2013 collection for KENZO, The Clouded Leopard.
The collection will be sold at Kenzo stores, kenzo.com and at select retail partners including Opening Ceremony, Colette, Lane Crawford and IT China.
