Tod’s looks to photographer Sam Falls to capture the spirit of their fall/winter 2013 No_Code collection. Employing the vision of London magazine editor Jefferson Hack, the capsule collection boasts five styles for both men and women, modeled after the oxford, desert boot, chelsea boot and the buckle-strap monk shoe. Hack expresses, “For this season’s imagery, artist Sam Falls has used a technique that combines the analogue with the digital – painting over photographs and manipulating natural processes in post-production. This synergy between the old and the new is an analogy of what I do with Tod’s No_Code: working with the heritage and ‘Made in Italy’ that Tod’s stands for and taking it into the 21st century with my approach to creativity and storytelling.”
