Since its launch in 2012, upscale menswear magazine Man of the World has built a reputation for classic imagery and an eye for restrained luxury. The latest issue, with rising star Garrett Hedlund on the cover (by John Balsom, styled by their fashion directorJulie Ragolia (Jed Root) keeps it all in line with a gorgeous portfolio of portraits by Randall Mesdon, seen here first on models.com. The rich black-and-white photography captures a selection of some of the modeling world’s brightest faces, with up-and-comers like Clark Bockelman and John Todd alongside established names like RJ Rogenski, all dressed by Deborah Watson (Walter Schupfer Management) in the season’s coolest sportswear. The iconic images capture a pensive mood, offering up a quiet study of a handful of engaging faces with nothing to hide.
