A lot of people ask me what I do for legs. So here's a little bit of what I do! This is one of 2 leg days per week. This one is more hamstring focused. Deadlifts – 5 sets of 8 Walking lunges – 5 sets of 8 Sissy squats (I fucking hate these) – 4 sets of 12 Goodmornings – 4 sets of 12 Hip thrusts – 4 sets of 10+10 Horizontal leg press machine (not featured) – 4 sets of 10+10 Seated calf raises (not featured) – 4 sets of 12 Standing calf raises (not featured) – 4 sets of 12 This leg day is brought to you by the sadistic @ptmicheleangelo haha
