Cigarettes in pics not a good look.
Marty, I have to agree with you. Cigarettes have no place in the World. They are vile, nasty and a disgusting addictive habit Photographers please don’t promote or glorify by using cigarettes in your photography. Cigarettes are not sexy or artistic in using as props or setting a mood. Reminds me of all the death and suffering my friends and family have had to endure with lung Cancer. Nothing worse to be reminded of such hurt and pain caused by the use of smoking cigarettes. How can anyone associate fitness with a cigarette dangling off their mouth is beyond me. Chris, you know I love, love you to pieces. I always say what’s on my mind but, you need to refuse submissions with smoking or at least tell the client you’ll only use the photos that don’t glorify cigarettes. Someone needs to put a stop promoting this disgusting habit. I guarantee if the photographers parents had died of Lung Cancer he’d not use cigarettes as props. I agree if you want to pollute your body in that way you have every right to do so and it’s your loss, but the rest of us don’t need or want to see it promoted.
