The design of the Danish Fashion house SAND is driven by passion, creativity and innovation. What started in the 80 s, until today grew into an international fashion brand. Cool Scandinavian silhouettes combined with southern European charm to maintain its provocative, sophisticated focus – SAND creates clothes for the way world citizens think, work and live.sand-copenhagen

In this season’s menswear collection, we invite you on a journey through the gracious floralcy of the garden of Eden with small birds, owls, beetles and tiny bugs together with snakes, trees and flowers in full bloom.

Let yourself get lost into the discovery of a winter wardrobe prompted by personality and spirit. Into a fascinating fusion of 70’s inspired psychedelic wallpaper prints – transformed into new urban classics that easily come together.

Colors echo the sand dunes and striking desert in different hues of urban cool neutrals, from granite grey to warm tans and camel with a hint of ginger nut brown and Windsor red. Creating warm fruity tonalities and juxtaposes them with grey notes to illustrate the spontaneous spirit in the collection.

The power of blue is still strong and flood through the season like a high tide from azure tones to intense black blue.

This season, the collection has both natural and technical influences with new geometrics in micro designs that capture the phenomenal fabrics and accent. As a key element in the collection, wool makes a comeback especially mixed with fabrics like precious alpaca, mohair and cashmere.

The tailoring fabrics are all about textures as grisaille, fine hopsack, flannels and micro jacquards in tie inspired patterns. Checks are important as big scaled in the expression of Glenn check, Vichy check and 3D micro check.

SAND has an ongoing love affair with coats created with perfect finishes that add a tough of luxury worn with knit. Either crewnecks or turtlenecks from fine gauge to felted chunky double knit.

A fascination with the functional hooded parcacoats in techno cotton. And a deep obsession with the soft sports blazer with structured lapel in a melange look that works equally well across jersey and weaves.
