One of our favorite male models is back for more on Fashionably Male/PnV. The wonder boy from Sherwood, Oregon, it’s the amazing Austin Scoggin from a recent shoot with photographer Sarah Mireya. “Scoggs” currently calls L.A. home after a nomadic life of bouncing around the globe for a few years. Austin, 21, is the kind of guy who is one-half nerd and one-half hunk. In high school, he played football and was captain of the chess team.
Recently, Austin signed with DT Model Management in LA. DT has a sensational roster of male models, and Austin looks right at home there. DT Model Management President David Todd explained what makes him so special, “Austin is a bit of the handsome boy next-door mixed with a sexy Bruce Weber, Versace 90’s super-model vibe!” David Todd continued, “He has a devilish smile, incredible bone structure and a knock out body.” He added that Austin “fits perfectly in our exclusive DT men’s board.”
With hazel eyes, blonde hair, and just under 6’1” tall, Austin loves all things Disney as well as Aquaman, Pokemon and Lord of the Rings. He names “Beauty & the Beast” and “Hercules” from Disney animation to be among his favorites. Fans often admire Austin’s cheek bones and amazing chest; one can certainly tell the gym is his domain. You can often find Austin in Youtube videos hanging out with his fellow model and YouTube-sensation, Nic Palladino.
Austin also has agency representation in Europe, Mexico and all across the United States. His mother agency is Option Model & Media in Portland, Oregon.
Photographer Sarah Mireya is based in Riverside, California and is published in 83 modeling agencies worldwide. She often works in the LA area, but has traveled to New York and Atlanta for opportunities. She would love to work in Europe. In fact, it was a vacation in Europe when she was 16 years old that initially inspired her love of taking photographs. Today, Sarah specializes in Black & White imagery for portraits and lifestyle. She states that B&W “gives me a greater appreciation for every little detail without distractions.”
