Feng Chen Wang Spring/Summer 2018 New York

From China to London to New York City. Feng Chen Wang is a London based menswear brand and today presents her first runway fashion show at Skylight Clarkson Sq in New York City. The brand consists of a new profile form of menswear, combining function with an astute attention to details and aerodynamic aesthetic.

Feng Chen Wang rethinks the Made in China moniker with a streetwear bonanza in the designer’s first stateside runway show.

For NYFW we see a functional, dynamic, colorful and modern collection but minimalist and surreal as the new Chinese boys who dress in style and that fashion comes to New York City. Stealing the show: pink gloves, looks like thos gloves to fertilize cows. Pink can be a bit transgressive and confussing but is fashionable as hell.

She’s affiliated to MAN a joint initiative between Topman and Fashion East (the non-profit organisation established by Lulu Kennedy MBE and the Old Truman Brewery in 2000). MAN spearheaded London Fashion Week’s menswear schedule in 2005 and proudly champions emerging menswear talent.
