Bershka drops Spring/Summer 2019 Campaign

Are You Ready for Spring?Let the trend Battle begin

Which trend will come out on top? It’s anyone’s guess, but with looks these good, everyone’s a winner. Again, Bershka embraces the trends that can be ‘worn by anyone, anywhere and engages it’s youth audience by asking them what they have to say.

Bershka gives its customers ownership of the trends.

Not only inviting them to join the fashion debate, but inspiring them to put their own spin on the next best things.

Vote For your Fave Trend!

For its SS19 campaign, Bershka has set up a trend face-off – with customers in on the game. The brand has created a series of major looks representing each trend, for girls and guys, and the battle plays out online whereBershka invites its audience to vote for their favorite trends.

On social, Bershka features interviews with influencers who’ve chosen opposing trends, explaining why they’re backing one trend over the other. And in store windows, eye- catching displays showcase the looks going toe-to-toe.

For women, the surf trend comes out swinging. It’s one of the biggest trends of the season, and teams up with western style to create a cool, Cali-girl vibe. The knockout look matches a tropical-print shirt and bike shorts with a faux-leather cowgirl jacket, just as a Californian girl might mix athleisure with vintage-store treasures.

Fringes step into the ring, and are even fiercer combined with fishnet. A fringed fishnet dress scores points worn over flares and crop- top in ribbed ivory knit. Chunky jewellery and sporty platform sandals complete the look.

Utility style continues to pack a punch but this season it’s softened and mixed with more feminine elements than in previous months. Cargo pants are styled with beaded crochet tops in sorbet colors and finished with nude sandals and a canvas bag in natural tones.

Both neon and sheer fabrics are important this season, so a key look for women combines them in one garment: the sheer neon dress. It’s worn over a sports top and micro shorts with super-sporty accessories in the mix.

Neon is also so-now for guys. A fluoro yellow tee gets up on snake- print shorts, worn with techno trainers and reflector shades. Other big-hitting looks for men includeprint clash, urban outdoors, tech-wear – featuring digital prints and technical fabrics – and back to 2000, where the colors are loud, the prints are proud, and baggy shorts, tube socks and dad trainers are compulsory.

For both men and women, thetie-dye trend is a heavyweight this season, as long as it’s worn head-to-toe. Bershka champions the trend with a tie-dye tee, acid- wash jeans and matching socks for women, while the men’s look is a jacket and shorts combo complete with tie-dye hat. Pow!

Festival wear gets some unexpected updates for women, with a printed cashmere cycle- set keeping things comfy and über current. Wear it with pieces that won’t get lost in the crowd – orange windbreaker, silver bum bag, racing sunnies and glow-in- the-dark sneakers for next-level festival style.

Sport is still a winning trend when worn with tailoring. A women’s blazer goes big on shoulder pads, worn over a sporty crop top and multi-animal-print bike shorts, finished with cowboy boots and XL sunglasses.

BRING IT ON!
