In order to promote fitness and body activation, here’s an ode of fitness featuring YouTuber / Model / Influencer Mario Adrion who’s coming back after our successfull Special 2021 Pride Edition.

And the best thing Adrion is coming back working with beloved friend Mirko Fuhrherr. This time both training together, Mario in front of the lens modeling and excercising. And Mirko shoting his favorite tool: a good camera lens.

In search of a good results

For ages mankind has been searching the physical beauty in ways that history placed in books and encyclopedias. Fitness a state of health and well-being of the body. More specifically, the ability to perform aspects of sports, occupations and daily activities. 

This 2021 we saw a huge change in our daily routines, thanks because of pandemic. In any point of our lives, fitness is defined as the capacity to carry out the day’s activities without undue fatigue or lethargy. 

Practicing boxing, high-intensity exercise that does not require the body to utilize oxygen to produce energy. Studies have shown that physical activity can improve mental health and well-being.

This improvement is due to an increase in blood flow to the brain, allowing for the release of hormones as well as a decrease stress hormones in the body (e.g., cortisol, adrenaline) while also stimulating the human body’s mood boosters and natural painkillers.

Not only does exercise release these feel-good hormones, but it can also remove one’s worries and help build confidence. These trends improve as physical activity is performed on a consistent basis, which makes exercise effective in relieving symptoms of depression and anxiety, positively impacting mental health and bringing about several other benefits.

History of physical training and fitness

Physical fitness has always been an important part of life. It is theorized that when people left a hunter-gatherer lifestyle and formed fixed communities based around agriculture that physical fitness levels declined. This is not to say that levels of physical labor decreased but that the type of work undertaken was not necessarily as conducive to a general level of fitness. 

According to wikipeaid, this was especially the case in classical civilizations such as Ancient Greece and Rome. In Greece, physical fitness was considered to be an essential component of a healthy life and it was the norm for men to frequent a gymnasium. 

Now that Mario has been performing in America, he has been aware of his physical appearance and he dedicates several tiem every day to train. You can consult on his YouTube Chanel.

Exploring more facets, Mario does not want to do anything. He does everything, and if he is not a success, for him he is not a mistake. It is an experience.

That’s why he goes back to work every time he goes to Berlin, with the photographer Mirko who has polished his work over the years and is one of the best in his field.

On his YT chanel, Mario explores every subject, every taboo and topic that random people from 20’s to 40’s can think of about, sexuality, romance, health, mental-health, food, even playing and chanelling new adventures with his friends.

And all in a funny way, with his hilarious oppening: ˝It’s a me Mario!˝ he started to look above and branding his stuff.

More than just a male model…

When we asked to photographer Mirko about this work, he comments via email, ˝The story can be understood as a kind of parody of the current fitness mania.˝

˝Of course, Mario is built and athletic like a Greek god, but I consciously shot him in a sports location and in a sexy sports dress, chilling rather than sweating.˝

For ages, Mario has been deliviring a stunning work in front of the lens of every single camera man he has work in America and Europe.

We can’t hide this, but Mario fronts a big controversy when we launched this issue, when many people started to comment about Mario’s sexuality. Look, the LGBTQ+ community opens the door to anyone. Mario has helped us to open the minds of so many people.

Experienced European model, Mario comes in this world to accomplish so many goals. Models is accomplished, YouTuber is already done (584K subscribers) what’s his next step, I guess we need to find out.
