Born and raised in Oregon, where coming home with scraped knees and elbows and dirt on your jeans meant you have a good day. I’m thankful that my childhood was all outdoors rivers, lakes, and mountains. It kept me grounded but also was my tipping point for my life realizing I could never sit still and would never be satisfied with normal a day to day.
˝I understand that fitness is a choice and requires one to put in the hours and true effort. I am fortunate enough to have been an athletic kid with football, gymnastics, swimming, rafting, skateboarding, and martial arts, but I was always skinny. Around the age of 18 is when I started putting in the effort to build muscle.˝

With these parameters, I gain strength and size very slowly through a keto-styled diet and a mix of high-intensity/heavy training. I created my training system through my history of football training and gymnastics and took advice from other fitness leaders I’ve admired over the years.˝
˝The key for me is consistency and knowing how to build and gain over time gradually. This is not a get ripped quick scheme or even a program to follow, but here you will see how I train every day, outlining my daily workouts.˝
