Hi Dominik, How are you today? Can you tell us, where are you from, age and stats (height/weight)
Sure. I was born and raised in Hannover, Germany, where I also spent a bit more than 20 years in total. Due to my former job I’ve been traveling a lot and worked from Hungary, the States and Munich. During the pandemic I spent quite a few months in Spain before moving to Berlin which I call home now.
I am 30, turning 31 in August.

What activities does help you to stop scrolling the phone?
Besides traveling and outdoor activities? I don’t bring my phone to crossfit or swimming practice. Also my boyfriend is a good reason to not check the phone.
“I enjoy having that basic lifestyle in nature, trying to be sustainable etc… Even though I love what I am doing at work in a solar panel company I wouldn’t mind to cut some hours to focus more on modeling and/ or traveling.”

Do you have a good book to read before sleeping?
At the moment I am reading “Deep Work” by Cal Newport. It is about the state the majority of us wants to reach when talking about efficiency. Before I read a few Spanish books to improve my language skills. I can recommend “Maldito Karma” which is quite easy to read and also very entertaining.
Do you practice any mindfulness time in your busy life?
Does working out count? I do yoga sometimes.
“I really enjoy traveling and just spend four months in the US, Mexico and Colombia. In Europe I enjoy traveling by (let’s just call it) campervan.”

Favorite TV streaming show: I am probably the worst person to talk to about movies, series etc… Can’t even remember the last time I watched one…
Favorite movie: See above. Although, I remember a movie I saw on my flight to the States the last time: Supernova – I liked it.
