Just Cavalli RTW Men’s Fall 2024 Milan

Never hesitant to embrace bold prints, Daniele Lombardo reaffirmed his dedication to capturing the attention of Generation Z by blending streetwear and glamour in an audacious manner.

On a quest to reestablish Just Cavalli as an independent brand rather than a subsidiary of Roberto Cavalli, Daniele Lombardo reaffirmed his commitment to appealing to Generation Z with a daring fusion of streetwear and glamour.

He named his fall 2024 unisex collection “Exoduses,” which, in the designer’s view, can encompass various realms, including the envisioned generational transformation in the brand’s image as well as the universal inclination to venture beyond the confines of familiarity.

In the collection, the term translates into a nomadic journey across references and scenes, as portrayed by the various patterns splashed over the garments by Lombardo. Tropical prints intermingle with the house’s key animal motifs, while crocodile effects are juxtaposed with the Eva graphic that combines snakes, birds, and leaves.

With its clean lines, the fuzzy cardigan and flocked denim overshirt stood out as the most prominent pieces for men. Additionally, there was a notable selection of streetwear items, including puffers, anoraks, and bomber jackets featuring a striking embroidered tiger on the back.

Although sharing many codes with the menswear, the women’s lineup leaned more decisively towards a glamorous direction. Lombardo adorned tracksuit pants with sequins, embellished denim pants with sparkly dots, and gathered laminated jersey into a party dress that appeared somewhat too mature for the targeted demographic.
