Zegna Menswear Spring/Summer 2025 Milan

At the recent Milan Fashion Week, Zegna presented its Spring/Summer 2025 collection in an industrial space on the outskirts of Milan. Artistic Director Alessandro Sartori’s vision for the season focused on the unique characteristics of linen, the brand’s fabric of choice for summer. In line with Zegna’s commitment to sustainability, the brand aims to certify Oasi Lino fibers as 100% traceable by 2024.

The star-studded event saw appearances from renowned personalities, including Gemiyakii, Nattawat Jirochtikul, Hael Husaini, Alvn, and Chinese actor Leo Wu. The diverse casting for the show also featured a few women and friend-of-the-house actor Mads Mikkelsen, who closed the show wearing an allover terracotta brown look, which included an extra-light leather “il Conte” jacket, a chocolate brown jacquard knit, and Sartori’s new wide-leg pants with elongated pockets.

Color played a significant role in Sartori’s designs, with a palette ranging from sand to terracotta and hydrangea blue. Linen, the collection’s main focus, was blended with cotton, and other luxurious fabrics like mohair, silk, and Zegna’s signature Oasi Cashmere were also included. The show’s set design paid tribute to the fabric, featuring metal blades varnished in yellow to create a winding path in the spacious location, resembling a breezy field—the Oasi of Linen.

Alessandro Sartori’s dedication to developing textiles and his commitment to refining the brand’s vocabulary has resulted in a collection that is both contemporary and elegant. The focus on linen showcases Zegna’s innovative approach to materials while maintaining the brand’s signature sophistication. As Zegna continues to evolve, its Spring/Summer 2025 collection is a testament to the brand’s continued relevance and influence in the fashion industry.
