As London Fashion Week kicks off in style, one of the most exciting highlights comes from Alejandro Gómez Palomo, who presented his Palomo Spring/Summer 2026 collection. Known for redefining genderfluid fashion with his signature flair, Palomo celebrated a new chapter for his label while staying true to his roots.
The Spanish designer, who once staged shows in New York and Paris, returned to Madrid Fashion Week earlier this year with a strikingly confident presentation. With the brand rebranded simply as Palomo, new investors onboard, and its 10th anniversary on the horizon, the stage was set for a reinvention.

A Men’s Collection That Balances Wearability and Playfulness
For the men, Palomo unveiled pieces that capture his subversive yet wearable aesthetic. Instead of the feathers, faux furs, and flamboyant details of seasons past, he leaned into clean tailoring and playful silhouettes, drawing inspiration from Sofia Coppola’s cinematic softness.
Highlights included:
- Twin sets reinvented – Matching jackets and short shorts in pastel shades of leather, cotton, and taffeta offered a sweetly daring update to men’s summer dressing.
- Romantic shirts – Billowing cuts adorned with Swarovski crystals and delicate ruffle appliqué trim embodied Palomo’s love for drama while remaining effortlessly chic.
- A light color palette – Sugared almond tones carried the menswear looks into a dreamy, cinematic territory that perfectly reflects the designer’s evolving vision.

A Confident Step Into the Future
Palomo titled the collection “Eighteen”—a nod to both his 18th collection and a symbolic coming of age moment for the brand. With menswear still at the heart of his genderfluid DNA, the designer proved that evolution doesn’t mean abandoning core values. Instead, Palomo showcased a collection that embraces modern masculinity with refinement, creativity, and a playful edge.

As the label prepares to expand into footwear and handbags, and with London Fashion Week as its global stage, Palomo is entering its next decade with confidence, sophistication, and a fresh perspective on menswear.

Some pieces are very trendy, while others aren’t so well-received. However, some are truly well-executed.
