Jil Sander Spring/Summer 2013

If anything, Jil Sander’s latest show goes to prove what an amazing job Raf Simons was doing at the helm of the house while the founding designer went missing. The designer said in an interview leading up to the debut of her Spring/Summer 2013 collection that the hopes were “to bring the brand back to its heritage” – yet we think she’ll be sufficiently busy working to keep up with Raf’s legacy.

Besides the usual buzz and fashion drama, the collection was modern, fresh, and minimal, having all the hints of quirkiness we’ve been accustomed to expect from the brand’s collections.
