RAAVA is the spirit of peace and light.

“RAAVA” Marco Manero‘s The Spring/Summer 2016 collection is inspired by the series “The Legend of Korra,” which aspects of the garments of the characters of the Water Tribe were taken.
The garments are in various shades of blue representing water, cuts that simulate waves and the moon are seen by the connection they have with each other.
Asian silhouettes traditional clothing of China, carried the contemporary with more geometric cuts and combination of materials that are cotton, raincoats fabrics, vinipiel, organza, tulle, cashmere, linen, guipure lace and brocades .. All combined with Black to create a balance, white accents and coffee.
You can see the work first with silkscreen prints, Embroidery and sublimated to give more emphasis to the issue of inspiration.

The collection achieves a simulation by the person wearing the clothes, which suggests that the bearer of these has the power to maintain balance in the world to maintain peace and give good treatment to the planet; emphasizing the scarcity of water element in these times and giving importance to the care of the vital liquid for our subsistence.
