THE MALE DANCER PROJECT BY CARLOS QUEZADA

Mexico’s National Dance Company is one of the most important and long-standing companies of Mexico, It was created as an Institution that seeks to merge Classical, Neoclassical and Contemporary Dance. From its dounfing, the Natioanl Dance Company has been directed by prestigious international figures. For the last 50 years, the National Dance Company has educated dancers with a solid academic training.

After this introduction, I’d like to present once again (after 2 years) the work of photographer Carlos Quezada renowned photographer in the world of dance in Mexico City, always presented in the most epic moments in the National Dance Company, he took from there all male dancers we’re gonna see below. “The Male Dancer Project” titled by Quezada as his own personal project is capturing the best poses of professional male dancers.

Over the past 3 years Quezada is perfecting his captures, giving us epic shots, iconic captures that we can appreciate. Photographing the best Ballet dancers, Contemporary Dance presentations from all over the world. You can check his book at FB.

One of his best muses is Rodrigo Aryam, capturing the best aesthetics shots in this project, all of them, are professional male dancers at National Dance Company in Mexico City.
