They grow them hot north of the American border in frigid Canada. In a long line of strikingly handsome male models from the true north, strong and free country, young Ryan Matthews emerges upon the scene. Only 19, the soccer-star-turned- model is already turning heads. Quickly scooped up by Wilson Model Management in NYC, Ryan is already getting a lot of attention in the Big Apple. He has big dreams and who knows, if he’s not on a fashion runway, one day he may just be landing a big jet on your airport runway. Either way, he’s paving the runway for a life of success.
Recently, PnV/Fashionably Male had the opportunity to set up Ryan with photographer/videographer/author Joseph Lally for an exclusive photo shoot in New York. Ryan is wearing fashions from Rufskin (see links at bottom of article).
I also recommend checking out Lally’s page-turning novel about the world of modeling set in 1990’s Miami, “The Infrared Summer: The World of Dark Glamour.” See the Amazon link at the bottom of this article. So, Ryan, give us your stats – height, hair/eye color, birthday, hometown?

Working with Joe Lally was awesome. The shoot went really well. It had a very cool old school kind of feel to it. It was interesting watching Joe work because he’s very talented and knows exactly what he’s doing for sure. He is definitely a great person and photographer.
