The Beginnings

For those who don’t know the brand of Svevo Parma, let’s talk about that:

The Svevo brand is inextricably linked to the history of the Somma family, which in the last century transformed its manufacturing talent into a true Art of Knitwear.

The pioneer of this enterprise was Nicola Somma, a skilled trader of knitwear who in 1892 arrived in the city of Bari, occupying the central street Via Abate Gimma with his vision full of insight and determination.

The origins of Svevo resonate in the name of the brand itself, inspired by the famous Norman-Swabian (Norman Svevo in Italian) Castle of Bari.

Aurélien the chosen one to wear Svevo Parma

Model and engineer who is known for having earned representation from the French modeling agency New Madison Models.

If you scroll down to this page, you will see Aurélien modeling knitwear on turtle-neck tops, long-sleeve polos shirts and sport jackets.

He is known for sharing his modeling shots through Instagram for his over 90,000 followers.

The Art of Knitwear

The Art of Knitwear is a unique combination of artisanal expertise and innovation, perfectly integrated into an advanced production cycle whereby the creation of each garment requires at least 22 stages, over half of which are entirely executed by hand.

Inside the Fidenza factory, noble and natural fibers such as cashmere, silk, extra-fine merino wool and the most exclusive cottons come together in SVEVO’s collections of garments and accessories, delivering the highest level of quality and attention to detail.

If you want to shop the collection will be available very soon: @svevoparma check on: svevoparma.it.
