We have the fortune to talk with fashion actor and fashion model Luca Ribezzo, also displaying his recent new images exclusive for fashionablymale.net
Tell us, Luca, how you were discovered by the fashion world.
A very good photographer called Marco Marezza believed in me and after he took me some amazing pictures, he sent them to the biggest agency at the time in Milan and they signed me and sent me to Paris for the fashion show and this is how everything started.
Tell us your evolution into acting.
Acting was always something I was interested in. I decided to study with a very good Hollywood acting coach to be ready to jump in the business.
You are known to most people in the US and Canada from your appearance on Netflix in 2018’s “Swimming with Men” by Oliver Parker. Please tell us how it was working on that project.
It has been a very nice experience for me to work on that project and it was amazing to work with such a good director and with well-known British people.
Luca’s other passion is photography. A passion that has awakened over time, you can see his work through how he portrays drama, passion and glory in each portrait.
What are you next projects in fashion, after the quarantine?
I have no project yet because the quarantine destroyed the market completely so there are no projects booked yet 🙁
You have been in countless fashion and ad campaigns, marketing and billboards. Tell us about one thing good and one thing bad on working as a fashion model?
The best thing is that doing modelling allows me to travel the world and a bad thing is that sometimes you travel alone and it is not a holiday.
Where are you spending the isolation, and how do you feel about the quarantine? In what ways has it affected you?
I’m lucky to spend the quarantine with my family in Milan. It’s affecting the way you view life in terms of living the moment because anything can happen…so make sure you spend time with people you love.
Do you have a daily routine? How are you keeping sane during quarantine?
My daily routine is trying new photography techniques because I’m also doing photography now. Then, doing exercises and eat healthy as usual 🙂
Any advice for aspiring young models or actors?
I can tell you only one thing: don’t let anyone stop your dream and every time someone say NO just keep it and transform it in your head to “keep going” and never look back.
All your fans are waiting to see you again in TV series or movie role. Do you have any projects coming soon?
I shot a Hollywood movie that just came out starring Matt Dillon, Nick Nolte, Eric Roberts and other A-list actors 🙂
The movie Luca Ribezzo starring along with Matt Dillon, Nick Nolte and Eric Roberts is named Head Full of Honey directed by Til Schweiger. Luca played a Police Chief.
