The full preview of fashion editorial New Rinascimento: Pietro Boselli for GQ Italia July/August 2020 is here.

Pietro Boselli by Builders Club London for GQ Italia July-August 2020 Editorial

Top Model Pietro Boselli is starring the new cover of GQ Italia July/August 2020 photographed for the first time by Builders Club London founded by Jonas Hegi.

If there is any model to embody the Statue of David, Pietro is the one.

Our first editorial and cover in collaboration with GQ – launching their first ever example of a lenticular printing technique. “New Renaissance” looks at rebirth and recovery, digitally fusing photography and 3d to blend art, technology and fashion. In the midst of the pandemic this was our first shoot since the lockdown and at a time like this, crossed by the tensions & governments, we wanted to make people think with new ways of expression within digital art.

“I don’t remember Michelangelo’s David looking quite that thicc.”

“My first @gqitalia cover! Printed on lenticular paper, superimposing Michelangelo’s masterpiece “David”, the ultimate symbol of Renaissance and classical perfection. I am humbled. Thank you to the team behind this fashion editorial shot in 3D for the first time. ”

Pietro

Styling by Coline Bach in Fendi, Emporio Armani, Gucci, Valentino, Pietro services fashion in a great way that build models can do.

It’s quite incredible that they were able to make such a beautiful model so high fashion looking in this editorial, thanks to a great crew working behind the lens.

“This 3D GQ service is pioneering. Having your own bodyscan could become the key to digital live shopping, eliminating waste and increasing efficiency. It is living the present with an idea of the future” announces GQ Italia in their Instagram account.

The fashion shooting of the month, the first in 3D for a magazine. Pietro interprets the new David by Michelangelo in the issue GQ New Rinascimento, available on newsstands.

  1. This simple story gives players a little push to stay interested while also allowing for fnf some laughs, parody, and creative twists. The fun vibe makes sure the game stays playful and doesn’t get too serious, and that’s a big part of what makes it so charming.
