Getting off at Porta Venezia in Milan’s underground subway stations, this is the MSGM Menswear Fall 2024 by Massimo Giorgetti. “The Milan metro is the rhythmic heartbeat of the city, a network that weaves its souls and stories.”

There’s this guy strutting down the runway by @MassimoGiorgetti, trying to keep up with the fast-paced city life, like a contemporary futurist.

His style doesn’t have a clear direction, and looking at him in the context of a changing city, it kinda makes sense to see him rocking culottes one moment and then switching to a deconstructed suit or a hoodie. It’s even more fitting if all of this is happening at Porta Venezia metro station, one of the liveliest areas in Milan.

But, ignoring all the fancy talk – to give some value to the idea, which is a big deal in the fashion world – and the various references to JW Anderson and a more relaxed Miu Miu, MSGM seems to have found a more convincing direction. Definitely more dynamic and fragile, managing to blend style and profits.
