Corneliani Menswear Fall/Winter 2025 Milan

Taking place at Corneliani’s historic headquarters, GET CLOSER, the Autumn/Winter 2025-2026 collection showcased during Milano Fashion Week, offered a visual metaphor of exchanges and connections. The 16th-century cloister of Palazzo Durini in Milan, the brand’s iconic home, was transformed into a stage symbolizing life and the bonds of friendship through a dance of symbolic gestures illustrating the myriad ways people meet and greet.

The circle, a symbol of perfection, encapsulated these experiences, drawing inspiration from the immersive art of Marina Apollonio. A raised, rotating circular platform framed by an equally circular runway served as the focal point. This setting embodied the desire for closeness, the driving inspiration behind the new Corneliani collection, showcasing how contemporary dressing and living can be tools for communication and connection.

The performance, choreographed by Kate Coyne, Artistic Director of London’s Central School of Ballet, featured three professional dancers who brought to life the rhythm of Corneliani’s existence. Meanwhile, models walked the outer runway, presenting the season’s new looks in a seamless interplay of movement and fashion.

Clothing was presented not merely as material objects but as extensions of identity and emotion. The collection emerged as a visual language, weaving tales of connection and timeless beauty. Each wardrobe piece invited the audience into a circle of elegance and style, merging the brand’s heritage with modern interpretations.

The collection introduced refreshed proportions that reimagined Corneliani’s aesthetic. Slim, sharp-cut pants contrasted with the voluminous, relaxed silhouettes of outerwear and knitwear. This interplay of shapes created a sartorial symphony, emphasizing Italian-made fabrics such as gabardine, tricotine, and double-weave patterns, chosen to highlight the distinctiveness of each silhouette.
