Meet Eric Brez, a French model who splits his time between Nantes and Paris. More than just a model, Eric is also a dedicated physiotherapist, making his story one of balance, discipline, and passion.
Recently, Eric teamed up with photographer @alexphotographee in Paris for a fresh series of images that capture his physique, style, and natural charm. We caught up with him for a quick chat about his career, daily life, and what’s next.
FM: Eric, welcome! Can you tell us a little about yourself and how you started your journey as a model?
Eric Brez: Hi! I’m Eric, physiotherapist first and model is my 2nd work! I love both of them! My journey always starts with a smoothie 😉
FM: You’re balancing both fashion and fitness modeling—what do you enjoy most about each side of your career?
Eric Brez: I love to do fitness cause I build my body for that. But to be honest, fashion photos are super exciting. Especially wearing some beautiful brands.
FM: These new photos, captured by @alexphotographee in Paris, look incredible. How was the shoot experience?
Eric Brez: Alex is one of the best photographers in the world to do photos of your body, sexy but not too much. I love to work with him—he is nice and amazing.
FM: What does a typical day in your life look like in Nantes or when you’re in Paris?
Eric Brez: Breakfast, physio work, fitness, cook healthy food and rest at home 🙂
FM: What’s one piece of advice you’d share with aspiring models or fitness enthusiasts?
Eric Brez: To have results, never give up, be patient and things happen…
FM: Finally, what’s next for you—any exciting projects coming up we should watch out for?
Eric Brez: Yes, I will shoot with the amazing Wong Sim. Be ready for that 😉
