Patrick Church Loves Tom Daley: Connor Dunham Models the Summer 2026 Collection

Artist and designer Patrick Church joins forces with Olympic champion and knitwear enthusiast Tom Daley for Patrick Church Loves Tom Daley, a limited-edition Summer 2026 capsule collection modeled here by Connor Dunham.

The collaboration brings Church’s expressive painting style into conversation with Daley’s celebrated knitting practice. Together, the pair created seven original artworks that inform both the clothing and limited-edition paintings accompanying the collection.

“This is the first collection where I’ve been able to bring someone’s artistic practice so directly into the design process,” Church explains. “We created seven artworks fusing together my paintings and Tom’s knitting practice. Seeing Tom’s knitted work become part of both the garments and my artwork made the collaboration feel incredibly natural.”

The result is an intimate meeting of two distinct creative languages: Church’s emotionally charged mark-making and Daley’s tactile, handmade approach to textiles. Rather than simply placing two names on the same project, the collection folds Daley’s knitted work directly into Church’s art and design process.

For Church, the partnership also carries a personal significance.

“It’s impossible to be from the UK without falling in love with Tom. He’s been incredibly supportive throughout my journey as an artist and designer, so spending the past year creating this collection together has been a genuinely inspiring and memorable experience.”

Daley describes the admiration as mutual: “This collaboration has been a long time coming. I’ve been a huge fan of Patrick’s work for a long time, and getting to work together on this capsule collection has been so much fun!”

Model Connor Dunham brings the collection’s exuberant character to life in the accompanying gallery, capturing the playful intimacy, bold artwork and unapologetic spirit at the heart of the collaboration.

Connor Dunham models the capsule through a playful series of studio portraits that emphasize its blend of art, craft and athletic nostalgia. The collection moves between pastel tailoring, abbreviated sportswear and graphic knitwear: a color-blocked jacket and coordinating trousers appear in panels of lemon, pink, green and blue, while retro running shorts and fitted tops carry the flirtatious “Head Over Heels” refrain.

Daley’s influence is especially visible in the knitted sleeveless sweater, where a boldly outlined portrait transforms the garment into a wearable artwork. Elsewhere, a white athletic tank features a dynamic diving figure framed by red-and-blue trim—an affectionate nod to Daley’s sporting career. A coordinating canvas tote applies that sense of movement on a larger scale.

Styled with cut-off denim, striped shorts, varsity socks and red sneakers, the collection feels deliberately personal rather than overly polished. Dunham moves between classical athletic poses and quieter, intimate portraits, capturing the collaboration’s meeting of masculine physicality, queer romanticism and handmade craft.
