Raf Simons Spring/Summer 2014

Always in the mood for a little rebellion, Belgian designer Raf Simons embraced pop art inspirations for his spring/summer 2014 collection and challenged fundamental menswear shapes along the way. Drawn to an androgynous shape, one-piece numbers were sharp with clean lines as a testament to Simons’ tailoring skills while the proportions of tops were exaggerated for a dress-like silhouette. Injecting the collection with a fun spirit courtesy of graphic images and diagonal stripes, Raf Simons’ latest was outing was the style equivalent of sugary and sweet.
