Are you a ‘Muppie’?, let’s find out! but first we have to know what is a Muppie? according to search the word is a new generation, born from the merger of the millennials and yuppies, conquer the world in their own way. Muppies set up their own start ups, they are supportive, have some addiction to social networks, but healthy and workout-holics, love fitness. Muppies are the generation that includes the neologism created by Michelle Miller, author of The Underwriting, published chapter by chapter in the American version of The Huffington Post, physical format is now available.
But what exactly is a muppie? Probably if you’re reading this, you meet several of the points that define them:
-They are between 25 and 35 years.
-They have gone through various jobs (and these were not always paid).
-They are one and many things at once: a degree in X, with a master in Y, visual artists, bloggers upscale, Dj, community managers, creators of collages for portafotos wedding (also called professional Pineadores), entrepreneurs in a signature or an online jewelry store, cool events organizers …
-They handled like a fish into water in the digital world.
-They are / have become addicted to sports. Practice, among others, bikram or running.
-They have many followers in social networks (better yet, call them followers) and always want more.
-They do not work for a big company, but have created their own start up.
-They do not work thousand times a day if necessary.
-With its success not intended to trample others or climb the pyramid of power, but to have fun and make it their way of life.
-Prioritize aesthetics and wellness.
Far from an office suit, they wear jeans and sweatshirts. Ultimately, they dress what they want and even express themselves through their clothing. So here’s (in my own opinion) what should a Muppie wears.
