A native of Cali, Colombia, Jorge moved to the USA at age 11. He was a high school athlete, and got into weight training as a result of playing football. He proceeded to graduate the University of Texas in San Antonio with a business degree. Today, he is an independent personal trainer in Houston, Texas.
