Can you tell us a bit about you and your back-ground?
I’m British born and bred former athlete, with a college education and experience working in insurance and finance before taking the leap to modelling! Please don’t judge me yet! I’m passionate about health, fitness and inspiring others!

Whats your workout routine?
Five days a week! Swim in the morning, weights in the afternoon!
Can you share 4 beauty tips with us?
1. Don’t wash your hair every day if you want nice curls.
2. Use baby oil after your shower.
3. Green tea for eye bags.
4. Trim your nose hair because people do notice!
Do you have any hidden talents?
I’m a good artist.

I’m a conspiracy geek!
What outdoor activities do you like to do?
Mountain biking, paint balling and beer gardens.
What do you consider the most important event of your life so far and why?
The step towards making my Modelling career.
What do you consider your greatest achievement?
Been lucky enough to get selected to swim for Great Britain and travel the world doing so.
Do you have any phobias?
Trypaphobia (The fear of clustered circles)😷
If your house was on fire and you could grab only one thing before leaving, what would it be?
I would have to grab a pack of chicken, I really love chicken!
What do you think the greatest invention is in your lifetime?
It has to be smart phones!

I would take Conor McGregor with me, and we would go to Rivendell to help fight the battle of middle earth. (Lord of Rings geek).

What is your goal in life and any advice to any aspiring fitness models?
My goal in life is to be wealthy and create a life of abundance for me and my loved ones. I have learned that risk and reward play a huge part in success. Just remember that your comfort zone is a beautiful place, but nothing will ever grow there!
