From Stockton California, Jeremy Meeks, was arrested in Heathrow airport at London, during five hours before deported back to United States, after immigration officials banned his entry.
Meeks traveled to London to run a series of magazine covers, and despite having up-to-date documentation of his probation, he was denied entry into this country, explained Jim Jordan, his wife and manager, told The Independent.
One of the shooting was this, the cover and editorial of Man About Town S/S 2017 photographed by Steven Klein, produced by Gabriel Rey. Jeremy is at SUPA Models.
Back to Jeremy deported from UK in April 2017 –“He was not arrested but he was deported from the country. They would not let him in. He is very angry. He was escorted by cops to the plane,” Jordan told the Daily Mail.
According to Jordan, Meeks was denied entry without an explanation. “It was his first time in the city and I was very excited,” said the manager.
The model had been sentenced to 27 months in a US prison in 2014 and was released in March 2016 to become a model. Since then he has run several catwalks between them during New York Fashion Week. Can be seen during Philipp Plein RTW 2017 in NYC.
