As you know I love fresh faces! Newness keeps things alive and interesting. My newest fresh face is nineteen year old Jakob Deruyter from Caledonia, Michigan. Growing up Jakob had dreams of playing college football but an injury his junior year cut that career short. While recovering he became quite the gamer. Jakob was able to make money playing video games! He says he’s a nerd but I don’t believe him.
Which brings us to today. Jakob answered and open call for models and is now an emerging presence in the industry. He is signed with MINT, DAS Miami, LA Models and IDEAL. Currently in Manila he has been working a lot including his recent shoot with Santy Calalay. Santy was nice enough to share those images with us! I’m sure there’s much more to come!
