Jarrod Scott goes American Psycho in new GQ Australia

Australian Top Model Jarrod Scott photographed by Jesse Lizotte in an American Psycho theme available at GQ Australia January/February 2019 .

Now, the Melbourne-born model is shifting his focus to acting and activism, where being a model simply isn’t enough in the lucrative business of social media and identity. But what’s instantly striking about Scott is that he’s not one to boast his position or take it for granted either. He is a man on a mission on his terms and is careful with the brands he aligns with.

One thing you have to read is the article from Esquire Singapore did for the model.

Channeling Patrick Bateman

Is a fictional character, the villain protagonist and narrator of the novel American Psycho by Bret Easton Ellis, and its film adaptation. He is a wealthy, materialistic Wall Street investment banker who leads a double life as a serial killer. Bateman has also briefly appeared in other Ellis novels and their film and theater adaptations.

In his secret life, however, Bateman is a serial killer murdering a variety of people, from colleagues to the homeless to prostitutes. His crimes—including rape, torture, necrophilia, and cannibalism—are described in graphic detail in the novel.

Bateman compensates for these insecurities through obsessive vanity and personal grooming, with unwavering attention to detail.
