“Morning Contemplations” Work by Dawn Collins

The images have motivated me to write about having better mornings to end a great day.

Chad is a Canadian model that combined photos in black and white and color we are aroused an interest in knowing who is this handsome boy.

How you spend your morning makes or breaks your day.

Do you spend it rushing to get out of the house, waiting in the school drop-off queue or speeding through the drive-thru for anything to satisfy your hunger, or do you spend it in quiet contemplation of how to bring your best self forward?

The images by Dawn Collins and Chad helps to motivate and having a simpler and nicer morning contemplation. Chad is having a cup of coffee in bed, he doesn’t have to be in hurry tp get on time at work, he’s having a few minutes for himself.

How you spend your mornings sets you up for the day, and how you spend your days is how you ultimately spend your life. To make a great life, let’s start by making the most of your mornings.

1. Practice gratitude.

As soon as you wake up in the morning and before you get out of bed, say three things you are grateful for. By focusing on what you are grateful for, rather than on what’s not working, you will set yourself up to receive more of what you’re grateful for, and less of what you don’t want.

Practice gratitude in underwear? why not! You’re on your own, just saying for what you got and having a quite place of your own.

Side note, Chad is represented in London by PRM Models. After many years working in men’s fashion – Paulo Ribeiro started the company in 2012. John Bruce who is recognised for being on channel 4’s the model agency is in charge of the booking table.

2. Meditate.

I do Transcendental Meditation for 20 minutes every morning. Regardless of your meditation practice, find a place in your house where you won’t be disturbed, sit in a comfortable chair and meditate for 20 minutes. This will clear your head, make you more present and focused and ready to tackle your day.

Another one quick trick is if you have an Apple Watch you can success accomplish a one minute of breathing and helps you to meditate and center your own thoughts.

3. Read your goals aloud.

When I set six-month goals, I write a letter to my future self in great detail about how it feels to have already achieved each one of those goals. I read this letter to myself every morning, recreating the feeling of already having achieved what I’m setting out to do.

You can go to Chad’s Inta and look for inspo in your daily routine, Chad has beautiful pictures of his work as a model, but also he shares pictures of himself with friends, family and having vacations and living his life at his best.

4. Set your intention.

After I’ve practiced gratitude, meditated and envisioned the fulfillment of my six-month goals, I set my intention for the day. What am I intending to create today? Am I looking to enroll someone into my program, to make a connection with an industry influencer or to work on product creation? Or, is today the day that I spend focusing on my family and other loved ones? Before you start your day, it is essential that you set an intention and voice it to those who can hold you accountable.

Did Chad really help us contemplate a better tomorrow? Of course, he and Dawn inspire us to be a better version of us.
