About Mitchell
He grew up in Georgia and wanted to enlist in the U.S. Marines until a car accident left him with only one kidney.
Before modeling, he studied mechanical engineering at the University of North Carolina. Initially, he wanted to enlist in the U.S. Marines, but a car accident ended his plans by leaving him with only one kidney. Scouted by the same man who discovered Jennifer Lawrence, Mitchell’s life changed with an introduction to Calvin Klein.
