No. 21 Menswear Spring 2024 Milan

Alessandro Dell’Acqua’s collection effortlessly blended delicate touches with a youthful energy, catering to those who have moved on from logo-centric streetwear and are in search of something beyond traditional tailoring.

The designer’s easy-to-approach pieces had plenty of elements borrowed from women’s wardrobes and then tweaked for a seamless and credible integration into menswear.

A stylish bowling shirt made of lightweight fabric and featuring delicate embroidered designs perfectly captured the concept by combining a clean, modern shape with subtle decorative touches. Bolder versions included cream-colored pieces with large lace patterns or adorned with a vintage-inspired floral print, reminiscent of the No. 21 men’s resort collection showcased recently.

If a shiny tweed jacket in gold looked a tad forced, the sequins scattered in a sunburst motif on a lambswool maxi cardigan made for an unexpected yet nice touch — so much so that Dell’Acqua also offered the embellishment on sleeveless shirts.

To balance out the fancy elements, Dell’Acqua gave a modern touch to the men’s twinsets from the previous season by creating a new striped version using lightweight materials. He also infused a relaxed feel into the collection by adding faux leather bomber jackets, varsity jackets in vibrant orange tones to liven up the color scheme, and openwork sweaters and tank tops adorned with a palm tree design, which is gradually becoming an iconic symbol of the brand.

A fusion of delicate details and a vibrant energy that will redefine your vision of your wardrobe this season.

From tailored ensembles to lightweight striped twinsets and faux leather bomber jackets, the collection offers versatile solutions for the modern gentleman.
