New York Fashion Week

Michael Kors’ love affair with hybrids continued this season with a fresh men’s wear collection full of new takes on everything from the suit to the track pant.

Cadet is a Brooklyn-based independent designers, presenting its Spring/Summer 2017 in New York Fashion Week.

So far there’s been no shortage of bomber jackets, jogger pants and anoraks on the New York runways and although N.Hoolywood designer Daisuke Obana offered up these active-influenced items, his take on the pieces felt less conventional. He achieved this by utilizing fluid fabrics, painterly abstract prints and typography from Tokyo-based calligrapher Mikitype.

Fashion Designer Carlos Campos explores a different facet in their new designs for the new season, we see that in his collection, minimal, green army and earthy colors, they create a comfortable atmosphere, see the work well done in the pants and jackets, raincoats, and jacket complement a surreal touch to the collection.

Carlos Garciavelez continued to draw from his architectural background for spring, referencing the decay of roads, tunnels and bridges and the cities themselves.
