Sacai presents Womenswear/Menswear Autumn-Winter 2018 in Paris Fashion Week.

A very active fourth day at Paris Fashion Week, we have Sacai proposal for menswear and womenswear Spring/Summer 2018.

Blanket scarfs, geometric camos and multitasking jackets in collaboration with The North Face for Sacai Fall/Winter 2017 in Paris Fashion Week.

There were piles of gravel and pileups of not-always-summery garments at Sacai’s spring show held in an orangerie at the Jardins du Luxembourg. The dust the models kicked up was echoed in the dry, talcum texture of the fabrics and shades ranging from greige to peony pink.

Show notes can often be confusing, yet Chitose Abe hit the nail on the head in calling her spring effort a “new hybrid form free from its original meaning.”
