It’s also where we took Brazil’s Teixeira for one of this issue’s exclusive fashion shoots on GQ Australia August 2018.

Marlon Teixeira takes over GQ Australia August 2018, was specially enamored by the island’s beauty.
Spotting a seal catching some morning rays during our shoot at the Bay off Fires was a highlight for the Brazilian, as was throwing down some farm-fresh oysters before jumping on set at Lease 65 oyster farm in St. Helens.
Nothing like a protein hit.
GQ’s crew rested their heads at the Henry Jones Art Hotel in Hobart and Freycinet Lodge in Coles Bay – two of the most enchanting lodgings we’ve had the privilege of calling home – we suggest you do the same.
The rust-colored rocks that crust the cliffs at Bay of Fires made for a luminous backdrop.
Photographer Drew Wheeler pulled out his inner abseiler, launching from one rock to another in pursuit of the right shot.
