Whether she is shooting fashion or beauty Liz Collins likes to inject a sense of playfulness into her photographs and it is this outlook that makes her work at once recognisable. A regular contributor to The Gentlewoman, Love, Vogue, Fantastic Man, Mixt(e) and The Violet Book, Liz likes to bring her own feminine vision of humanity, creating images that are wilful, exciting and full of texture.
Liz began her career in London in the nineties working for Dazed and Confused and The Face. A time when there were few women photographers in Europe as it was very much a male dominated profession but thanks to her vision, her unique style and her perseverance, she quickly made a name for herself and is now one of the most established artists within her field.
Today she enjoys a varied editorial career and her skills at creating beautiful, thrilling and indulgent images have led her to represent some of the leading brands such as Guerlain, Givenchy, YSL, Hugo Boss, Chloe, Clarins and Rimmel. She has also directed a series of short films for Love Magazine starring Cara Delevingne and Edie Campbell.
