Known as Tall Paul, ’cause he’s a 6’7″ fitness male model, he’s beyond a good looking guy, a Mental Health advocate who motivates not only to be aware of the decease, he is willing to help you.

About Tall Paul

 Being an athlete since he was a young child, Paul has always had a desire for the physically active lifestyle. In his early years till mid twenty’s it had been sports that engaged his mind, but since he started weightlifting to help him improve on whatever playing field he was on, his passion changed to weights and how it can help anyone from the soccer mom to the soccer professional.

He grew up playing everything but excelled in baseball and basketball. Upon getting drafted by the Toronto Blue Jays in his senior year of highschool he decided to follow that dream and went to school in the USA. After four years of baseball he finished up his schooling at Louisiana State University of Shreveport playing one year of basketball.

His main style of lifting is Olympic lifting and his desire is to teach his clients proper form and reason for every movement they do, showing them that every movement relates to daily movements we occur.

But almost just as important, lifting mentally strengthens you for the daily rigor of life and can help you excel in any environment!

Having dealt with his fathers death and the anxiety and depression that followed, Tall Paul has dedicated his time to help others find their way with mental health struggles. Through fitness, diet, eating well and personal growth in many areas. Contributing to the Tall Men Fashion scene also is a passion of Paul’s.

We are so happy to present this article with Paul and Jamie, they did a very good job in front of the lens.
