Missoni Menswear Fall 2021 Paris

Angela Missoni played with the brand’s knitwear expertise to deliver a functional, casual city wardrobe.

Comfort has always been an integral part of Missoni’s heritage. So when she approached the fall season, creative director Angela Missoni wanted to stress that aspect in her men’s collection.

Temporarily banning suits from the lineup, the designer focused on casual pieces, spanning from beautiful jacquard sweaters to logo cotton fleece tracksuits and streamlined wool coats.

The best results came when Missoni fully expressed its knitwear expertise, as shown with hooded cardigans layered on padded nylon vests and limited-edition tactile shirt jackets worked in sophisticated color combinations.

Sartorial elegance was revamped through a young filter for deconstructed knitted blazers worn with hoodies, while the fashion house’s signature zigzag motif inspired the graphic quilting of bombers and blousons. Interpreting one of the seasons’ biggest trends so far, Missoni rendered its wool peacoat in a black and blue version of a zebra pattern.

Leave boredom behind, choose the #Missoni way: bold colors and optical illusions. Get ready for the new iconic season.

“Blue and #Missoni zigzag have no dimensions, they are beyond dimensions” – Yves Klein Blue is the warmest color and #Missoni has the most quintessential graphics. Vibrant tones and neutral shades dominate the men spring collection.
