Emporio Armani Menswear Spring 2024 Milan

The essence of the night. The Spring Summer Man’s 2024 collection represents a return to the essence of Emporio Armani, purified to the core and seen through the filter of moonlight, which glints over a seascape, parched rocks and desert scenes.

In this taut play of reduction, the unique recurring motif is a stylized ginkgo: with a history of 250 million years and the ability to adapt to both eras and environments, here the ginkgo is a symbol of elegance and endurance, a metaphor for the Emporio Armani style at once timely and timeless. #mfw

Emporio plays with exoticism, transfigured by the night effect of garments designed to flow on all hours. And in the finale here are the garments created by Giorgio Armani for the 2024 Olympics in Paris. Worn by six Olympic and six Paralympic athletes

Collection, unveiled this evening in Milan by #GiorgioArmani, was exactly that. Masculine but fluid, confident but relaxed, rich but silent – it symbolized all that is seductive for men, women, and anyone in between.

His favorite Japanese aspiration was woven into the fabric of the collection, bringing an irresistible lightness to life. To paraphrase #JeanPaulSartre “there maybe be more beautiful times, but this one is ours” with impeccable #GiorgioArmani.

“The essence of the night”

Armani represents a return to the essence of the brand, purified to the core and seen through the filter of moonlight, which glints over a seascape, parched rocks and desert scenes. The collection is “kind” with grit and dynamism. Black prevails with prints and floral embroideries to ennoble the masculine soul with a touch of femininity, which also emerges thanks to the gracefulness of the silhouettes and the sheen of the fabrics.

The standout feature is the print derived from the Ginkgo leaf. The garment structures remain simple yet fluid, giving a sense of subtle movement. Additionally, there are various techniques employed in collar and shirt cuff cuts, drawing inspiration from Eastern kimono styles. The show concludes with the unveiling of sportswear designed for the Italian Olympic team.
