In another setting, the atmosphere continues to exhibit a sense of surrealism as Anthony finds himself featured on “The Drew Barrymore Show” accompanied by Giuseppe, a newly hired employee at Hot Fellas bakery, who conspicuously carries a substantially sized baguette. This occurrence leads to an exceptionally peculiar cameo from the esteemed personality, Drew Barrymore herself, reveling in the presence of Giuseppe’s culinary creations. Reflecting upon the situation, Murphy expresses, “Drew Barrymore is truly residing in a realm of her own, and I cannot help but desire to be part of that world.” Moreover, when Charlotte inadvertently consumes one of Lily’s cannabis-infused brownies, she finds herself admitted to the hospital. This event, however, prompts her to arrive at an important realization, compelling her to return to her professional obligations. Hence, it would not be unexpected to witness the reappearance of Mark Kasabian, portrayed by the talented Victor Garber, in his capacity as a gallery owner, in the forthcoming episodes of the season.

Giuseppe, portrayed by Sebastiano Pigazzi, is introduced as a charming character in the television series “And Just Like That…“. He possesses a gentle and empathetic nature, impressing both Charlotte and Drew Barrymore with his literary talent and undeniable charm. Their encounter unfolds when Charlotte recommends Giuseppe, after discovering him engrossed in the art of crafting love poems on a vintage typewriter at a stationery store. This amusing twist arises as a result of Charlotte’s desire to deviate from the stereotypical and explicit demeanor commonly associated with the employees of Hot Fellas. However, once Anthony, as well as the audience of The Drew Barrymore Show, catches a glimpse of Giuseppe adorned in his Hot Fellas attire, it becomes evident that his physical attributes are disproportionately exceptional, adding a touch of comedic allure to his character.

The King and his colleagues from the “And Just Like That…” writing team refrained from discussing in the podcast whether Pigazzi employed a prosthesis for his noteworthy scene. However, they did disclose that the inclusion of Pigazzi in the cast altered the path of the latest character in “AJLT.”

“We write these prototype characters, this dreamboat, and then, you look at the auditions, and the first person that came up was Sebastiano Pigazzi,” King said. “And everything else that we thought that the character would be, which was kind of, um, I think a little bit more porn, went out the window, because all of a sudden, there was, like, Prince Charming.”

Giuseppe is portrayed by esteemed Italian actor Sebastiano Pigazzi. If his visage appears recognisable to you, it may be due to his previous roles as Enrico in HBO’s “We Are Who We Are” and Angelo Vitelli in last year’s “The Offer.” In a delightful anecdote, Pigazzi shares his experience of being instructed to spontaneously initiate a kiss with Francesca Scorsese during the filming of “We Are Who We Are” in an interview featured in Vestal Magazine (available here).

Sure thing, my friend! Just like his character Giuseppe in the show And Just Like That…, Pigazzi speaks both Italian and English like a pro. You can catch up with him on Instagram @sebastiano.pigazzi. Stay connected!
