Gucci Ready To Wear Fall 2025 Milan

Gucci’s Fall/Winter 2025 collection, unveiled at Milan Fashion Week, marks a significant transition for the brand following the departure of creative director Sabato De Sarno earlier this month. The in-house design team curated a lineup that pays homage to various eras of Gucci’s storied history, particularly drawing inspiration from the 1960s through the 1990s.

Collection Highlights:

• Retro Revival: The collection features boxy mini-dresses, silk scarves, and deconstructed pussy-bow blouses, evoking the mod aesthetics of the 1960s.

• Luxurious Textures: Faux fur coats, satin slip dresses, and mother-of-pearl leather pieces underscore Gucci’s commitment to opulence and craftsmanship.

• Tailored Silhouettes: Slightly oversized double-breasted blazers and slim pencil skirts offer a nod to 1990s power dressing, reimagined for the contemporary wardrobe.

• Signature Accessories: Models adorned with horsebit necklaces and carrying a variety of bags showcased Gucci’s iconic motifs, seamlessly blending heritage with modernity.

The runway presentation was set against a dark green backdrop, symbolizing a new chapter for the brand. A live orchestra, conducted by Justin Hurwitz, provided a cinematic soundtrack, enhancing the show’s immersive experience.

Notable attendees included Jessica Chastain, Parker Posey, and Dev Patel, highlighting the event’s prominence in the fashion calendar.

Continuum. The Fall Winter 2025 collection unfolds as a synergy of past, present, and future, accompanied by a live orchestra with an original score by the multi-award-winning composer and conductor Justin Hurwitz.
