Haider Ackermann made his highly anticipated debut as creative director for Tom Ford during Paris Fashion Week’s Fall/Winter 2025 season. The collection paid homage to the brand’s iconic ’90s aesthetic, featuring low-slung leather trousers, asymmetric leather jackets, wraparound sunglasses, and low-rise silk skirts. The predominantly black and white palette was contrasted by vibrant eye makeup and bold lip colors, adding a modern twist to the classic designs.

The runway show attracted a star-studded audience, including celebrities like Dove Cameron, Lou Doillon, and Camille Rowe. Notably, Tom Ford himself attended and gave Ackermann a standing ovation, symbolizing his endorsement of the new direction for the brand.
Ackermann’s inaugural collection successfully bridged the gap between Tom Ford’s storied past and its future, blending the brand’s signature sensuality with his own design sensibilities. This debut marks a promising new chapter for Tom Ford under Ackermann’s creative leadership.
