On the second day we have issey Miyake presenting its Spring/Summer 2018 at Paris Fashion Week.

A new color that vividly colors the winter season appears in the monthly color series. Items using traditional Japanese colors such as oil color and blue ink color draw their attention. Please enjoy with the new gown court.

Issey Miyake Men Autumn/Winter 2017 show at La Galerie de Minéralogie.

Guests were handed ice packs to cope with the sweltering heat at the Issey Miyake Men’s show, held in the courtyard of the Université Pierre et Marie Curie. Though uncomfortable, the modern venue, with its multilevel stairs, provided the perfect backdrop for Yusuke Takahashi’s cool crinkled suits.

Each season, there are apparently a dozen or so Issey Miyake collections that we, the press, don’t get to see. They distill the often-obtuse influences of the main line into palatable edits.
