From multicolor graphic prints and classic sartorial patterns to cartoonish motifs and crystal embroideries, John Richmond filled his collection with so many elements the collection was more confusing than creative.
Sportswear pieces such as hooded zippered sweatshirts and roomy short pants were juxtaposed with tailored three-piece suits and embossed leather jackets paired with distressed denim. The most convincing results came when Richmond kept things simple: For instance, when he matched crisp, printed shirts with plain slim cotton trousers.
