Born sorrounded by Cuba’s colors, after finishing her studies, she moved to Italy and worked for 10 years as a model between Paris, London and Milan.

Spanish model is immersive in the new character of his career as an actor, he plays “Theo” on Netflix’s Edha TV series about the life of a successful designer and single mother turns upside down when she meets a mysterious man. A mixture of vengeance, passion and dark secrets looms.

He’s also on the TV Series Velvet Collection, a 1967 based comedy/drama where plays “Omar” in 10 new episodes about to make the leap from the exclusive business of haute couture in Madrid to a boutique in Barcelona with aspirations to become a global franchise.

But if your winter blues start permeating all aspects of your life — from work to relationships — you may be facing SAD. SAD is a recurrent type of depression associated with the change in seasons. It typically starts in the fall and persists through the winter months.

SAD is more complicated than wanting to hunker down and stay in for the night. It’s more than simply cursing another blizzard. And it’s more than longing for those first days of spring. Basically, it’s much more than the winter blues.

“SAD can be debilitating for some people,” says Christen Tibbs, MD, a primary care physician at Rush. “If you’re suffering from it, it’s important to get help.”
