Y-3 Men’s Spring 2026 Paris

Showcased by an extraordinary ensemble of avant-garde dancers, the collection endured significant challenges while maintaining an impressive appearance.

Typically, a fashion show lasting 30 minutes may challenge one’s patience; however, this particular event is elevated by an electrifying dance performance that explores the human condition, leaving attendees both breathless and on the verge of tears.

So commendations to Y-3 for delivering an exhilarating and life-affirming experience that effectively demonstrated how its spring collection not only possesses aesthetic appeal but also proves resilient under challenging conditions.

Kudos are extended to choreographer Kianí del Valle, whose highly skilled troupe effectively utilized every inch of floor space in the central nave of Palais Brongniart. They exerted considerable effort, engaging in a physically demanding performance that conveyed narratives pertaining to ostracism, connection, compassion, resilience, fraternity, and unattainable love — all rendered particularly poignant given the show’s coincide with Pride Day in Paris.

Yohji Yamamoto, present and nodding in rhythm to the dynamic breakbeat score, established his collaboration with Adidas over two decades ago and continues to propel Y-3 forward in alignment with contemporary trends.

A choreographer from Puerto Rico currently based in Berlin, del Valle has collaborated with esteemed artists such as Billie Eilish and Bad Bunny. On Saturday night, she expertly orchestrated a spectacle that honored both her artistic vision and the fashion presented.

You observed with growing sympathy for the couples attired in elongated black shirts, sharing in the emotional expressions of the dancers clad in green tie-dye coats and T-shirts. Initially, you felt a sense of aversion towards the ostentatious individuals wearing pin-striped team jerseys; however, you found yourself moved to tears as a solitary figure writhed in the sand, only to be subsequently rescued and elevated towards the heavens.
